Oreo-Muffins

Das Rezept habe ich bei bakerella gefunden: aber bei mir hat es für mehr als 20 Muffins gereicht.

I found the recept at bakerella, but I made more than 20 muffins:

1 1/2 cups (300g) all purpose flour
1/2 cup (50g) natural unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cup (240g) sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup (150g) vegetable oil
1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup (170g) milk
3/4 cup (170g) hot water
30 Oreos

Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, salt and powder together in a bowl. Then add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla and mix all together before adding the hot water. In the tins and bake for 15-20 minutes (preheat 180°C).
